After completing a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Weber State University and getting a “college job” for a year, Joe Langston’s Real Estate career began in January of 2000 where he joined a mentor and friend who “showed him the ropes” of real estate with Re/Max First Realty in St. George. With the help and encouragement of mentors and friends, Joe climbed into the top 3% of realtors in his local board and has not looked back since.
In 2007 after being inducted into the Re/Max Hall of Fame, Joe set out on his own journey and opened as Owner and Principal Broker, ExSell Realty. He and his trusted right arm in the business and mother, Netta Langston had a great ride as an independent brokerage. What they learned is clients were doing business because of who they were, not what was on the sign.
After maintaining top 2% of the board production for four years, Joe was recruited to Keller Williams to become their Sales Manager, or in Keller Williams language the Team Leader in January of 2011. After a difficult year of managing the office, Joe wanted to rejoin the sales force. This happened in March of 2012 and once again, he has regained his position as a top 2% team and/or individual in terms of production.
Joe’s personal goals are focused around his four wonderful children and beautiful wife Kerry having every opportunity to become educated to the highest extent possible and to live good, honest Christian lives of service.
Joe’s business goals are all about being honest and truthful to his clients and doing his utmost to make sure they get what they are promised, and when he makes a mistake to own up to it and fix it. Because of this, Joe enjoys a very strong repeat and referral business of which he is very grateful.
